Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement ,of size 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.5 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6 mm by means of electric arc welding of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009, , connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI earthing and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip 32 X 6 mm for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meter complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps and 15 Amps fuse grip with base including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of UNSV /Burnt MCCBs of capacity 630 Amps, Four pole, 50 KA, 415 Volts 50 Hz, AC, with thermal and magnetic release fixed in any type of existing LT panel/Feeder piller including taking out old existing unserviceable MCCB from panels etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sr Item No 15 here in before e but rating of MCCB 400 Amp, FP, 36 KA. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Analog Time switch , 240 Volt AC , 50 Hz , mounted on any type/description LT panel/feeder pillar/wall after taking down old existing un serviceable time switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT current transformer having ratio 400/5 Amp , 15 VA, Class 0.5. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement ACB 4 pole, 800 Amp, 50 KA, 415 Volt AC Horizontal draw out type , front operated with Micro processor based LCD protection release for adjustable over current, short circuit and earth fault protection

Material and labour disconnecting faulty /burnt end or portion of cable by removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work , suitable size of thimble LT tape , relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals for 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to LT Panel/pole/main switch complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel/feeder pilar up to 35 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel/feeder pilar up to 50 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel/feeder pilar for 70 sqmm cable to 240 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cable gland for LT panel for 240 sqmm cable to 400 Sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type as per existing size complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of Ammeter 0-400 Amp digital type per existing size complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding of installation/LT Panel/LT ACB panel and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 5 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 5 to 10 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

S&F in replacement of 3.15mm dia MS wire 75x75mm mesh , made up into mattress or cages appx 2.00 mtr height and fixed with flate iron /angle by welding in position complete all as specified directed .

S&F Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint.

M & L for 2 coat of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to MS wire fencing including preparation of newly surface/old surface complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fittings capacity 70 Watt complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of Halogen flood light fittings of capacity 1000 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
