Full or bulk quantity order will be placed on tenderers with Satisfactory past performance of same/similar(Cartridge) item. Please refer Clause 2.6 Of IBD (v 3.0) attached with tender.
Bids of Original manufacturers (OEM) or their authorized dealers/agents only shall be considered for ordering. Dealers/agents should submit valid tender specific authorization from OEM along with bid. Otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
