Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soilcomplete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling (kota stone or ceramic tiles) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 along with moulding and finishing the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for floor finished in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital glazed ceramic coloured tiles 1st quality in vertical surfaces 300 x 600 x 8mm to 10mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonry of concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks exc 10 cm width as in kerbs stone setting in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shade, 80mm thick conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade and interstices filled with sand including 40mm thick sand cushion layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured (Red, Yellow & Black) precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment any shade, 60mm thick conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-40 grade and interstices filled with sand including 40mm thick sand cushion layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete rubber moulded coloured glossy finish tiles 300mm x 300mm x 22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm dia fancy type chromium plated bib taps, cast copper alloy with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation to new concrete surfaces of any description exc 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the staring point in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.
