Charges for providing of scaffolding arrangement for erection and dismantling of existing worn-out Eliminator Box, Cleaning water collecting tray and supporting structures in air washer ventilation system Unit-I at 10.5mtr (the T&P hire charges and all other consumables under contractor scope).

Charges for dismantling the existing charges for dismantling the existing eliminator boxes, Angles trays etc, in Air washer Unit-I, located at 10.5Mtrs, cutting, Chipping and devoluting of retrieved parts to scrap stores as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The rates including the cutting gas, T&P hire charges, scaffolding arrangements and all other consumables under contractor scope).

Charges for loading, transporting of 45 Nos eliminator boxes from stores to repair bay of Unit-I and unloading and shifting the same to Unit-I in Air Washer located at 10.5mtr elevation of turbine floor.

Charges for Locking the hanger and supports, supporting the MS Angles, pipe by providing channel and beam as per the direction of Engineer in charge. (The Rate including the cutting gas, T&P hire charges, scaffolding arrangements and all other consumables under contractor scope).

Charges for fixing of 45Nos. eliminator boxes in the frames by making necessary lifting arrangement, aligning the same and also if necessary, modification to be made in the existing frames.

Charges for the following works: Cutting and removing the existing worn out water collecting trays and supporting angles. Fabricating and fixing of water collecting trays front side of the eliminator boxes. Fabrication and fixing the 45 Nos. of Eliminator box and strips[Size: (850x1190)mm] with 1.2mm G.I Sheet. Fixing and welding the supporting angles of water collecting trays. Providing 100NB PVC pipe connection for collecting water ineach column of the trays at both ends. Joining the both ends of the row of eliminator box assembly with the side walls by cement plastering for leak proof. Joining the rear side of water collecting tray (in length wise) with the cross RCC Beam by cement plastering for leak proof, in Air washer blower Unit-I located at 10.5mtr floor as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [1mm G.I. Sheet, cement, sand, brick and other consumables etc., are under contractor scope.

Charges for providing the clits/stiffeners in between the eliminator boxes with louvers by the GI sheet, screwing and also welding of clit plate of channel by flat size (25x4)mm length 175mm 25Nos, drilling the holes, providing the bolt and nuts for supporting the all Eliminator boxes with louvers in the existing channel. Including the necessary plastering work in the existing wall if any damage as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges for cleaning and painting of one coal red oxide and two coats of enamel paint in renewal of new erected Eliminator Box. Cleaning of water collecting tray and its supporting structures. Including T&P’s and consumables.

Charges for removing the spray nozzles size 3/8” FPT X 3/16” FPT 1500 Nos. and FPT X 5/16” 152 Nos. from the spray pipes in Air Washer cleaning the nozzles by air removing the end caps (Dummy) of 152Nos. Spray pipes and cleaning the slurries, mugs, blocking material from the pipes by slightly hammering, cleaning sump refitting the spray nozzles after cleaning the spray and flooding nozzles and end caps in pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
