The Job also includes P/F of 160A Amp 4 Pole MCCB as incomer to the Servo Stablizer to be provided in CRCA enclosure. The job also includes earthing of the servo stablizer.

Supplying, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Silent Type Diesel Generating Set complete with inbuilt starting panel, having prime power rating at NTP condition of 62.5 KVA, 3 phase & neutral, 415 A.C., at 1500 rpm, 0.8 lagging power factor comprising of following Diesel Engine, Alternator, Sound Attenuated Acoustic Enclosure. Engine: Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled (radiator cooled) electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 50 Degree C, 50%RH & at 1600 Meter above MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour included in 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 62.5KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 HZ, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 50 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1600 Meter above MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty self excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS :4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical condition and ambient temperature at 40 Degree C and as per manufacturer's standard specifications with class-H insulation. Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel. The job includes the complete earthing of the DG set as per manufacturer's requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning 200A Change-over Panel. The panel comprises of Manual Changeover of 200A capacity, with 4 pole 160A MCCB of 36 KA breaking capacity (2 No.) for power supply and DG Supply. The panel should be fabricated out of CRCA enclosure of 2mm thickness and is to be mounted on a stand made of 50x50mm angle iron
