Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading-II with hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

Supply and fixing rectro reflective sign board made up with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel (ACP) face full coverd with high intesity prismatic retro reflective sheeting of approved specification as per M.O.R.T & H having approved message fully processed on by pressure sensitve equipment banc of ACP with frame of 35x35x4mm angle iron all round and cross with proper clamping arrangement to be fixed in structure. the back of the ACP sheet shall be enamel coated. as per direction of Engineer in charge.
