Maintenance and Repairing of Type-IV Residence No 11/5 at New Parikalp Vihar Colony, Telibagh, Lucknow.(Lot No.24)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters

Providing and applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One Priming coat & one coat oil distemper on old work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.As in item no. 649 above nut for every coat after the first coat & As in item No. 650 above but for every coat on prviously old distempersd surface.

Removing paint or varnish with paint remover or caustic soda, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required completion of works.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Providing and fixing bright finished brass night latch of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing Fan regulator dimmer 300/400 watt ISI marked existing switch board including making connection required M/L and T&P etc.
