COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS / MAINT OF MBBR BASED STP AND OTHER VARIOUS SEWAGE PUMPING INSTALLATION UNDER GE BABINA CANTT

M&L for servicing of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on moving bed bioreactor Aerobic attached growth technology manufactured by Fontus water pvt Ltd. including servicing ,checking and greacing/lubrication of 02 No Feed pump of Capacity up to 5 HP,Cleaning of one NO equalisation tank,greacing and testing of one Bar screen ,oil & grease trap,Cleaning ,checking of two moving bed bio reactor with media by visual checking of growth of Bio-Film and re-seeding of required quantity of MBBR media for propagate biofilm (bacteria colonies) and submit the report if effectiveness of the tratment plant.

Servicing ,checking and greacing/lubrication of 02 Nos Filter feed pump and moter set of capacity 10HP to 15 HP,opening of 01 No dual media filter and 01 No activated carbon media filter and checking the condition of existing media ,cleaning and removing all sediment particles of sludge,mud ,sand,vegetation and refix at original position complete including testing and submit the test report of filtered water as per sewage charactristic for the treated water are followed under:- (i) BOD (PPM) Treated waste water < 30 (ii) COD (PPM) Treated waste water < 250 (iii) TSS (PPM) Treated waste water < 30 (iv) Oil & Grease Treated waste water <1000 complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old surface by scraping and smoothing the surface with water emery paper and painting with approved colour of synthetic enemelled paint of two coat over a coat of primer red oxide and writing letter/numbers (Size, capacity and Date of Cleaning) of sewage treatment plant of capacity 300KLD and cleaning the surrounding area up to three meter outside area of the plant by cutting grasses and surface dressing for Moving Bed Bio Reactor 1 & 2 etc complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sludge drying beds (04 nos) removing all sludge and de-scaling vegitation on the inside and outside of sludge bed and white washing (Two coat) including cleaning the surrounding area of the sludge drying beds to a distance of 3 meter circumstance including cutting of grass ,digging out roots ,filling holes and levelling around and removing waste material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete alll as specified and directed . Note: (i) Adequate manpower including necessary T&P and safty precaution to the individual working /carry out job at site is the responsibility of the contractor and the cost include in the quotated rate. (ii) All inlet/outlet pipes/ channels shall be properly sealed at the opening inside the clarifer while carring out cleaning. (iii) The work will be carried out within 07 days after intimation to contractor on telephonic followed in writing .Any delay beyound 07 days shall be penalished through panel recovery @ 1200 per day till rectification/repair.
