M&L for preparation of old surface by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and also to remove all loose scale of lime/colour wash, including removing nails making good holes, cracks patches only and applying one coat of white wash (lime) on walls including cornices plastered or un-plastered old decorated surface complete all as specified and directed .

All as specified in item No-1 above but applying one coat of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed .

All as specified in item No-1 but applying two coat of white wash on wall including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint(1st quality)/plastic emulsion paint on walls, chajjas,facia by mechanical applicator of any height of bldigs etc , including preparing of old surfaces with brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed .(Weather coat shall be of Asian paint, Apex ,ultima or equivalent as approved by GE)

M&L for preparation of previously treated/ old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials including for knotting and stopping (of any description) over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation old painted surface of steel and iron work(of any description) over 10mm width or girth not other wise described and applying one coats coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but surface area n.exc 10CM width or girth, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty to make colours scheme and good or rbbing smooth old diffrent colours painted wall surfaces completed all as spd and directed

M&L for applying 1mm thick wall care putty to make colours scheme and good or rbbing smooth old diffrent colours painted ceiling surfaces completed all as spd and directed

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block roman, Italion or Indian) n exc 30 cm height including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on existing number palet of building by tint all as directed .

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item no 25 above but in CM 1:4 of any height of bldigs with WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately)fair and even surfaces.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 for ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on wall of any height of bldigs all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of wall of any height of bldigs and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted on wall surfaces by mechanical applicator all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface of any height of bldigs and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over one coat chalk whiting by mechanical applicator all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface of any height of bldigs and applying three coat of white wash completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall of any height of bldigs all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of walls of any height of bldigs with 1mm thick Birla putty/JK Wall putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing the surface of ceiling of any height of bldigs with 1mm thick Birla putty/JK Wall putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for repair and rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 :3 on chajjas, facia, roof projection, column sides, beam bottom and sides including throating after removing cracked plaster and concrete including cleaning of viisible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked concrete upto 60cm wide from bldgs of any height, if any with cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding work for double/single storey bldgs complete all as specified and as directed .
