SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT IN BLDG NO P-3, P-6 AND PHARMACY OF 61 CAV AT JAIPUR MIL STN

Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto mother slab, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material outside of MD Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying average 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even & fair to cover negative slope complete as specified and directed

M&L for opening all visible cracks in V shape, cleaning properly with wire brushes, washed and filled with PU & cement (1:1.5) by volume grouted by nozzles carefully as per manufacturer's instructions and complete as specified and directed

M&L for padding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm size graded stone aggregates) laid to avg thickness of 30 mm to provide a proper slope of the slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & applying fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing coating using roller in four layer (Primer coat, First coat, Fibre reinforce mesh & final coat) as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by engineer In-charge. Note : (i) Work shall be carried out through authorized applicator only and contractor shall submit MoU with authorized applicator of manufacturer before execution of work and (ii) Material shall be used as per technical data / instruction of manufacturer after written approval of garrison engineer before execution at site including guarantee of roof treatment work for TEN years (iii) Material incorporated in the work shall be calculated as per site and full quantity of material shall be brought at site in one time before commenement of waterproofing work. S&F in repair sand stone slabs 50 mm thick in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc. 2 m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rectangular, raised platform of max height 20 cm below the tank and base dia 25 cm more than the external dia of tank for PVC cylindrical tank of capacity 500/1000 liters using PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with smooth finish including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top), three layered, hoisted and fixed in position incl 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with polythene flynut and aluminium rod all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
