Extension of mixer bay and replacement of two (2) Mixer Cranes of 125+30 T capacity; span 28 m in SMS - II (Package 1)

• 1. The bidder should have experience of having executed work(s) involving Supply, fabrication, erection of framed steel structures (either in one or more work orders) with associated civil works in the last 10 Years as on the date of NIT; a) At least three (3) works as mentioned above, of the value, not less than 2.60 Crore (Rupees Two Crore Sixty lakhs only) of each of them. OR b) At least two (2) works as mentioned above, of the value, not less than 3.25 Crore (Rupees Three Crore Twenty-Five !akhs only) of each of them. OR c) At least one (1) work as mentioned above, of the value, not less than 5.20 Crore (Rupees Five Crore Twenty lakhs only).

• Self-attested photocopies of the following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: I) Work order,/ any other letter of award of work/ contract agreement document/ contract technical specification/ purchase order of the work issued by the client and/ or jointly signed documents clearly mentioning the scope of work, furnishing name of the work, value of work. ii) Commissioning certificate/ Performance certificate/ Completion certificate/ Final acceptance certificate;' any other documents issued by the client and/ or jointly signed documents showing completion of the job, corresponding to (i) above. In case the work order pertains to various work elements including the works as mentioned in Clause no. 1 above, documentary evidence from the client in respect of the value of the work specified in Clause no 1 above shall be furnished. The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.

• Financial Requirements:- a. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during any three financial years out of the last four financial years ending 31st March 2023 shall be at least Rs.2 crore ( Rupees Two crore only). b. The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of the above. c. Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year, as per audited annual accounts. d. Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of lCAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN). e. Bidder should submit self-declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-D) that No` Corporate Insolvency Resolution/ Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).

• Consortium Requirements: Consortium Bidding is not allowed for this package.
