Operation of the pump sets and general electrical maintenance of the staff Quarters & GMTD office building including maintaining log books for pump sets, switching ON and switching OFF of the compound/building lights, attending minor electrical faults (without materials), regular cleaning of pump sets, pump panels, pump house, electrical panels and panel rooms, metering panels of staff quarters, compound light fittings, supplying of consumables i.e grease, cotton waste, PVC tape, registers etc., ensuring for non wastage of electricity and water etc. complete as required as per the specifications and scope of work attached. (Note: Details of Electromechanical Services available at site is given in Annexure "A")
