Hire charge of erection, fitting and fixing of steel tubular structure (Hanger) made with 50 mm dia M.S. Tube Truss framed with two lines at top and bottom in curved manner of different sizes with 1.20m and 2,40m sections fixing with 6 mm thick M.S. plate joint in both faces and providing diagonal cross bracing in between the pipes of 25 mm dia of 2 nos. & 8 nos. respectively fitted the frames with one another bolting with 50 mm long, 16 mm dia bolt & nut the lower most frame to be fixed on a base plate of size (1.20m x 0.40m x 0.012m) the truss of height 8.00m to be placed at an interval of 3.00m with 50 mm dia M.S. Tube purlins 40 nos. horizontally to cover 32.00m curvature lenght along the truss with bolt & nuts including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function is over as directed and specified and complete. (All the materials are contractor's property)

Erection of German Technology Aluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specification with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing, wind tie & Struts as necessary (All materials are contractor's property)

Construction of Pandel made with Bhaluka Bamboo post 100mm to 150mm dia and sal bali post of various length from eve point to ridge point driven atleast 90cm. for soil boil post & 75cm for Bhaluka bamboo posts on the ground with jati bamboo roof base as per drawing type with coir rope including jati bamboo brasing alternative post sal timber bali posts one to be provided in two middle rows at 4.55m apart and bhaluka bamboo post in other at 3.00 apart. The jati bamboo rafter should be fixed at ground as directed and specified and dismantling the pandal after the function within three days time. (The bamboo & coir rope etc. will be contractors property) work to be executed as directed by the Department. Pandel made with Bhaluka bamboo post with eve height 4.20m & ridge height 13.70m.

Fitting & Fixing PVC fire resitant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified. (All the materials are contractors property)

Hiring and installation of cloth n ceilling of the pandel and side decoration of the pandal with pleated design cloth both inside and outside and removal of the same after the function. (All materials are Contractor's property).

Construction of view Cutter

Hiring, installation/erection, fitting and fixing of wooden flooring (size 0.15 x 0.35 ) & 19mm thick ply board with necy nail, screws etc including carriage of materials, manpower at site etc complete in all respect for entire hanger area.

Hiring and installation of Red Carpet at the entrance of the hanger.

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20 m apart and the platform with……… Steel frame staircase as directed by the department. (All the materials are contractors property)

Providing fitting and fixing temporary steel barricading of 1.20M height as per specification complete.

Hire charge of VIP Chairs including carriage as directed by department. (4 Days)
