Supplying and Fixing HDPE freshwater pipeline from Blue Gate to CJ-II at V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority

Dismantling and removal of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) above ground level (G.L.) up to floor two level, including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m, including all labour, tools, equipment, transport, fuel, etc., complete, complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils, not exceeding 1.50 m in width, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom for lifts up to 1.50 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift of 1.50 m. Cost includes shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage water wherever necessary, etc., complete, complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of 350 mm GI clamp to existing pipeline using 8 mm GI plate, cutting, bending, welding and providing required holes, etc. The rate includes cost of 8 mm dia. GI plate, bolt and nut, washer, rubber sheet and transportation charges, fabrication charges, fixing charges, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery of 200mm dia HDPE-PE100 (PN6) Pipe as per IS 4984:2016 at site of work including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 200mm dia. HDPE (PN6) 90 degree Bend as per IS 8360:1977 / Part I (Reaffirmed 1992), Part II and III (Reaffirmed 2002) and other specifications at site of work including loading, unloading, freight, stacking, transit and insurance, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 200 mm dia. HDPE (PN6) Equal Tee as per IS 8360:1977 / Part I (Reaffirmed 1992), Part II and III (Reaffirmed 2002) and other specifications at site of work including loading, unloading, freight, stacking, transit and insurance, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering of 200mm HDPE pipe and specials in to trench and laying to proper grade and alignment including all labour, tools&plants, etc., complete and as directed by departmental officers.

Jointing 200mm dia. HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding/electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO21307-2011and as per IS7634(Part-2):2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment, power supply arrangements, all labour, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Testing of 200 mm dia HDPE pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @ Rs.70/KL) and testing to the recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts, if any occurred during the test, excluding the cost of pipes, including other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery of 160mm dia HDPE-PE100 (PN6) Pipe as per IS 4984:2016 at site of work including loading, unloading, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
