M&L for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick (10+5) in two layers of Polymer modified ready mixedcement based plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth including Make Easy plast from wall plast chemplast, Ready Plast from ultra tech complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick Polymer modified ready mixedcement based plaster on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even & smooth including Make Easy plast from wall plast chemplast, Ready Plast from ultra tech complete all as specified.

M&L for 5-8mm thick Polymer modified ready mixedcement based plaster as in ceiling / facia / chajja etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Make Easy plast from wall plast chemplast, Ready Plast from ultratech complete all as specified.

M & L 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry or surfaces other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing of walls, finished even & smooth surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering (total thickness upto 60mm) from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner of "Pidilite" OR "Shali Rustoff of "STP Ltd" on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. [Note: - Mode of measurement: superficial area covered between the end to end reinforcement bars (i.e., concrete area excluding all side covers) will be measured.]
