M&L for cleaning/clearing & maintenance of under ground sewage lines by manually or mechanically in any depth by removing of any type of blockage from sewage drain upto and incl 300mm dia of bore by rodding or any other means manholes to manholes including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and flushing with water after cleaning incl intermediate manholes. sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off the same(semi solid/liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole cover and refixing the same after cleaning. The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning device to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked WC/Gully trap/Floor trap/Nahani trap upto and including first manhole by manual labour as well flushing with clean water making the WC seat, gully trap, floor trap operational complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out semi soild, liquid suspension sludge and foreign material from man hole/septic tanks/soakage well of any description and any depth including pumping out of water and removing materials either by the same in covered van or trolley at out side MoD land and burring the same (semi solid/liquid shall not be burried) in ground inc complete all as directed. (Note: The location at outside MoD land for disposal of forieign materials obtained above shall be located by the contractor himself)

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting our existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC(1:2:4) type B-1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for factory made 50mm thick, 950mmx650mm manhole cover with additional frame for fixing, of fixing of pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded agg) finished the surface even and fare including reinforcement MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 125mm centre to centre bothways and set in CM 1:4 and handles including demolition of RCC (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
