Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20 metres.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Demolition above G.L. upto floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating out from R.C.C. /R.B. works:-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cment:4 sand: 8 graded stone agg. 40mm Nominal size) and curring complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth within all leads and lifts complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1cement :1½ and :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:

Foundation and Plinth.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level :

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (40mm thick)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work inside wall.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing precast concrete slab in CC 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with nominal reinforcemment complete.

Wire crate of interlink chain filled with boulder square cut faces against the interlink chain (Interlink chain to be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts.

Fixing of Wire crates made of Interlink chain filled with boulders with square cut faces against the interlink chain ( Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately) Interlink chain 5mm thick corresponding to SWG-6, 15cmx15cm mesh with in all leads and lifts.

lowering, laying and jointing HDPE pipe (conforming to IS: 4984-2016) in proper position by butt fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as per relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedures like butt fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. pump and accessories for hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer incharge as confirming to IS-7634 (Part II): 2012 amended upto date).
