Scope:Refixing of the Keyboard, wall hangingsetc. on the existingwall with screws, plugof soft wood and usingother minor items ifrequired or any otherdevice as required andapproved by EIC. Onlytaking out and refixingMS/Aluminium/Brasshardware fitting suchthat aldrop , towerbolt, hinges, doorstopper , handles, haspsand staples , towel rail, soap dish, hooks andeye, name plates, smallwooden board, glassshelves , cub board nob,door closer,repairingof cabinets etc Onlytaking out and refixingof M.S grills /wiremesh /glasses in window etc.of any size with newscrews /putties etc. asdirected by EIC.Adjusting door windowsand ventilators , cubboard and racks shutters & frames etc. asrequired including pettyrepair and replacing theold and missing screwsif necessary complete inall respect. Any othermiscellaneous carpenter/wood work jobs requiredfor day to daymaintenance of utilitiesexcluding material cost.

Scope:Rewashering/glandpacking to the bibcock/stop cock/pillarcock/ball valves (forall type of GIfittings), refixing ofPVC waste pipe, leakagein wash basin, sink ,cistern etc and removingof air from tank including making the same satisfactory for operation. Laying and fixing GI, PVC, PPR pipes and fitting CP/PTMT fittings and all sanitary fixtures excluding the cost of material. Taking out and refixing with required repairing and adjustment of sink, wash basin, urinal, European seat ,WC cistern (low level/high level) withgrouting of nut bolt asrequired, complete toensure smoothfunctioning of theabove. Repairing leakagein water tank/sintexwater tank by applying M seal, sufaden and sootetc. as required.
