PROVN OF HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM AT LRDE AREA

Supply, erection, testing and commisioning raising and lowering type 16 mtr height high mast system shaft in two section suitable for not less than 44 m/s wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for up to 8 luminaires in a symmetrical arrangement and other accesories manufactured in factory including connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box. Highmast system height of the mast not less than 16 mtr, Design standard PLG 07 of ILP, Basic wind speed as per IS:875 part III Design life 25 years, Material construction as per S355 grade as per BS - EN10 025, Base dia 360mm & top dia 150mm, Plate thickness Bottom 3mm & Top 3mm. Cross Section of the mast shall be 20 side polygonal with BS EN ISO Standard Galvanisation. With GI Single spike lighting protection finial. The Highmast shall have 6 nos of foundation bolts with a PCD of 445mm of TS600 type with 24mm dia and 850mm long. Base Plate with a dia of 520mm and thickness of 25mm. Luminaire carriage shall be made of 40 NB ERW class B MS pipe with diameter of carriage ring at 450mm(ID). Cosntructions shall be in 6 arms suitable to carry 6 nos luminaires.Trailing cable: 5 core 2.5sq mm copper cable with EPR insulation and PCP sheathed.Single aviation lamp to be provided Winch/power tool: Winch with double drum, SWL 350 KG integral motor with 1 HP capacity with 6 poles , single speed. Stainless steel wire rope: Steel wire with AISI 304 grade and 7/19 construction in and including RCC foundation works as per drawings of manufactureres complete all as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing LED Flood light 300 Watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with toughed glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection and system efficacy not less than 120 LPW and CRI not less than 70, internal surge protection of minimum 4KV and external upto 10 kV and power factor >0.95 and THD<10 complete all as directed.

Supply, laid, testing and commissioning cable XLPE insulated armoured LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm 4 core in tenches / on walls etc in and including suitable MS clamps for fixing as applicable using new aluminium lugs for connections complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil carefully all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of new cable GI Pipe etc not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for refilling / with material and watering, well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC 1:3:6,type C-1complete all as specified and directed. Note : PCC 1:3:6, 100 mm thick shall be measured and paid seperately under the respective item of the BOQ.

M & L for PCC for road cutting portions whereever necessary as per site in 1:3:6 mix, type C-1, 100 mm thick (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay dry B class local brick for cable protection in the trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply riddled earth soil confirming to IS 1255 and spreading in filling of cable ducts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay galvanised iron tubing light grade of 50 mm dia in trenches / near panel /in floors / fixed to walls etc using GI bend, other fittings etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level and complete earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by brazing only earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 50 mm dia bore from earth plate electrode including 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel,wire mesh. alternate 5 layers of charcoal & salt crystal including excavation in strata, refiling and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed,PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , RCC (m) Cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including suitable RCC Pit cover etc watering the earth pit to acheive earth resistance below 02 Ohm incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip 32X6 mm , GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.

PROVN OF CHEMICAL COPPER PLATE EARTHINGS AT LRDE ESTABLISHMENT AOR

Material and labour for chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 900mm x 600mm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 4.70 mtr below ground level , with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 3.6 mtr below ground connected to copper earth strip 32 x 6 mm as main earthing lead by means of tinned copper / brass bolts and nuts,check nuts,washers besides brazing (copper strip shall be 0.5 M overlapped with copper plate by brazing) at all joints all as specified and as directed and connected to test point, testing testing on completion, in and including excavation earth work in any type of soil earth and earth strip protected by GI pipe light grade 50 mm bore upto 7.5 mtr and connecting to LT panel / equipment etc as per site requirement, adequate quality and quantity of charcoal dust, common salt and magnesium laid in alternate layer of 100 mm thick all around the plate and above the plate and RCC cover of size 540 mm x 540 mm x 50 mm (1;2;4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia PGI funnel with wire mesh 20 mm GI pipe medium grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Deptt Note : (i) Quoted rate deemend to include necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, renforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) Copper strip 32X6 mm , GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor.(iii) Beyond 7.5 mtr the copper earth strip 32X6 mm & GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia shall be measured seperately under relevant item of the BOQ (iv) The contractor shall have a visit along with earthing specialist firm Engineer on the ground before quoting their rates and contractor is responsible to acheive IR value less than 1 Ohm in the presence of users and Deptt.

Material and labour for Copper earth Strip 32mm X 6mm burried in ground / fixed on wall / floor as per site requirement beyond 7.5 meters to be provided under earthing item complete all as specified and directed by Deptt.

Material and labour GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for protection of earthing copper strip 32mm x 6mm purpose buried on ground / fixed on wall / floors beyond 7.5 meters to be provided under earthing item all as specified and directed by Deptt.

PROVN OF CAR PARKING SHED AT MTRDC TECH AREA

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then return filling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of 1:1½:3 mix (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved and parabolic surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including providing a coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces),excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² complete all as specified and directed.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in any shape such as straight curve/parabolic position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. using hot finished seamless type MS tubes complete all as specified and directed.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping,under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete interlocking paver blocks, 80 mm thick of M-40 grade with approved color design and pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required length, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm in width or girth, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint applied @ 0.9 ltr/10sqm over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer applied @ 0.8 ltr/10sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

PROVN OF DISPLAY STORAGE UNIT AT FOYER OF ADMIN BLOCK, CAIR

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid board of 18mm thick one side white color and other side of board laminted with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thickness of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive for cup boards, work stations and bathroom/kitchen cabinet etc. of required sizes comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel piano hinges/soft close clip on concealed hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Supply and fix 10 mm thick Toughned glass as in shelves, partitions and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required.

Supply and fix suitable stainless steel 'D' type bracket of standard size to sustain load of 10mm thick toughned glass and including screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in - Charge

Supply and fix 100mm long stainless steel shoes/buffer/floor protector of of good quality approved by GE and all as specified and directed by Engr-in - Charge

Supply and fix aluminium 'U' Clip with screws sutaible for 5mm thick glass to easily slide over all as specified and directed by Engr-in - Charge
