Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement five of sand and ten of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete in respects complying with relevant Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept,Officers.

Brick work in lime Mortor 1:2 using country brick of size 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges,curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.The lime used should be of highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and labour charges for paving in existing sand bed and Pointing With Lime Mortor1:1.5 etc complete.
