Supplying, installation ,commissioning and testing for mineral oil immersed, natural air-cooled, outdoor type, double wound (copper) distribution transformer, three phase, 160 kVA rating, non sealed type, 50 Hz rated frequency, 11 kV high voltage and 415 V low voltage nominal system voltage, 11000 V/ 415-240 V no-load voltage ratio, connection (vector) symbol Dyn11, 30⁰ positive phase displacement, off circuit tap changing arrangement for voltage variations of +5% to -10% in steps of 2.5% for variation of HV, minimum energy efficiency level-2, 4.5% impedance, ONAN type cooling all as per IS-1180 (Part 1): 2014 including amendment upto and including amendment No. 4 dated 01 Oct 2021 complete with all fittings, accessories and connecting on two pole structure complete all as directed. Note: - The energy efficiency level higher than the minimum energy efficiency level as specified here shall be provided without any extra cost in case the transformer of minimum energy efficiency level is not available.

M & L Steel tubular swaged poles with MS base plate Continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) includind two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout the pole and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with Red and Yellow strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after eraction in position incl prepration of surface, complete all as directed.(Note:- earth work ,PCC and copping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supply fixing and fabricating tray holding cross arms FI clamps support U clamps strips and back plates fabrication from structural steel section incl nut, bolts ,washer, bars etc of required size and thickness for supporting of cable tray by welding incl bending or welding cold or hot,drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size as indicated and including one coat of black paint over red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply ,laying ,commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as directed.

Material and Labour cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as directed .

S&F lightening arrestor non linear, pole type MCOV 11 KV discharge capacity 65 KA, with all fittings suitable for 11 KV electric working pressure including strap, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened ,dry sand for filling in trenches/sub stations below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as directed.

Returning ,filling in trenches including leveling,watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as directed .

Removing the excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting level complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type- 1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as directed.

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / 11 KV CABLE /MES or DANGER/ 11 KV HT JOINT/ MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required/ ordered at site) complete all as directed.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), type D-2 as concrete in foundation of Poles and filling and mass concrete etc, including formwork (as if required), complete all as directed.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C1 as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to size of depth not less than 0.90x 0.60 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25x4 mm, 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing on completion (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light gade GI of size 32/40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing lead with Main switch/main control board,filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg, and common salt 100 KG , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe,funnel with wire mesh,earth lead protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc complete all as directed Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth strip deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate.

S&F GI strip of size 25x4 mm connected both ends with necessary bolts, nuts & washrs complete all as directed.
