Plastering 20mm thick in two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM(1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking useful materials for re-use and disposal of unserviceable materials with 100m lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge duly taking actual premeasurements before dismantling including all labour charges etc., complete Unreinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) (M20) Grade Nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing & lift charges including etc., for finished item of work

Supplying and fixing European Water Closet of 1st quality conforming to IS:2556-Part-2-1973 of Hindustan / Neycer or Parryware make white glazed with 'S' trap,supplying and fixing best Indian make plastic seat and lid for European water closets with rubber or plastic Buffers as per IS 2548-1996 and 10 litres capacity single flush PVC low level cistern Parryware or equivalent with internal components and CP short bend and fixed using required size of nails and screws, 15mm PVC connections with brass union nuts CP coated and Brass body CP finish Angle Cock of not less than 300 grams weight with quarter turn spindle including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, etc., complete for finished item of work for all floors.

Supply of premium make CPVC Pipes of 28.60mm OD Pipe- SDR 11 etc., complete for finished item of work

Granolithic Concrete flooring 20 mm thick with (1: 1 1/2 : 3), using 6mm to 12 mm size hard granite machine crushed metal laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50 m x 1.50 m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal sand and water etc., complete for finished item of work.

Dismantling doors, Windows & clear storey windows, ventilators etc., (wood or Steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc., complete & stacking them within 100 mt lead Not exceeding 3 sqm in area as directed by ENgineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE SOLID SINGLE SIDE PRELAM PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made from MS. Tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19mmX19mm for stiles, and 15mmX15mm for top and bottom rails. The MS. Frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. MS. Frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded single side Prelam Pac ‘C’ channel of size 30mmX50mm to form stiles.5mm thick& 75mm wide single side prelim Pac sheets shall be for the top, bottom and lock rails. Panelling of 5mm thick one side Pac sheet to be fitted in the MS. Frame and sealed to the front (prelam side) stiles and rails (which should have a 5mm 45 bent portion as beading) and attached to the back(white/ivory) stiles and rails which should have a 10mm 900 bent portion as beading ) using Rate 2nos. 15mm wide X 5mm thick Pac sheet beading inside the 90-bent beading. All stiles, rails and beadings are to be joined to the panel using solvent cement etc. an additional 5mm thick Pac strip of 20mm width to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C” channel using Pac solvent cement adhesive and 10mm(5mmX2) thick, 20mm wide cross Pac sheet to be fitted as gap insert for top and bottom rail etc. complete as per direction of Engineer –in-Charge, manufacture specification and drawing.

Labour charges for wrought and put-up including fixing in position for Other than teakwood Ledged, braced and planked doors including frame etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and laying of 3mm thick app modified bitumen membrane treatment to the terrace duly [1]removing of existing tar felt. [2]cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and Rate other contaminations. [3]application of one coat of Bitumen primer [4]providing and laying of 3mm thick APP Modified Bitumen Membrane with 100 mm overlap fixing with butane torch.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC Roof Slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm where ever necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compound, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., complete for finished item of work.

Painting to Old walls with 2 coats Acrylic based Oil Bound washable Distemper ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Saicoat / Indocem ) as approved by Engineer-In-Charge to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the old surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting with 2 coats with Acrylic Emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) to Exterior Faces of Walls with approved make / shade and colour including cost and conveyance of materials like Acrylic Exterior paint to site including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, lift charges and labour charges such as preparing the wall and applying two coats of Acrylic Exterior emulsion etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting 2 coats with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades Grade - I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. ( Asian / Berger / Nerolac / Indocem ) to Old Wood Work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
