Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

With Strutting

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5(One cement five M-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three M-Sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete and as directed by department officiers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and laying in flooring with fully polished Sinthetic Grey colour Granite stone of 20mm thick (average) of 4' X 2' in size laid over base layer of cementmortar 1:3 (one cement and three Plastering sand) - 20 mm thick and applying cement slurry &pointed with white cement and colour pigments to the colour of stones and polished neatly as directed by the deparmental officers

Supplying and fixing of M.S. steel grill using M.S. angle frames including cost of M.S. angles (50mm x 50 mm x 6mm) T , L angles, flats and square rods in proper position including labour charges for cutting, welding, and including labour charges for priming cost of red oxide painting and erection in a proper position etc. complete as per standard specification and Grill design , Thickness of square rod are approved by the departmental engineers.

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Plastic Emultion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Supply and fixing of 15W LED Bulb the fitting.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 /0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 x 100 x 113 mm TW switch box with 3mm hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.
