Preventive maintenance of all the internal and external electrical installations including DG set and pump sets at Regional Office Building,GM Quarters and Guest house building at Bangalore by deploying qualified Wireman (1no.) for 24 days per month at Regional Office Building and attending to other locations as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Deployment of Khallasi / Helper (1no.) on call basis for assisting the Electrician in the maintenance works as required.

Sub Head 2: Supply of materials on need basis for replacement in the maintenance works. (The rates quoted for items sl.no. 1 & 2 alone will be considered for arriving the Lowest tenderer. Rates quoted for materials supply will not be considered for deciding the Lowest tender. Incase the rates quoted for material supply is abnormally high, payments for such materials, if supplied, will be paid at the local market rates assessed by the Engineer In-charge which is binding on the tenderer.)
