Providing and fixing in position new floor Expansion Joint System (Model no: FSL 113/35 of MIGUA make or approved equivalent ) by replacing existing Expansion Joint system in internal horizontal joints in the floor slab including cost of materials and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, removing/dismantling of old expansion joint system including cutting of floor to required width , sundries etc. all complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-In –Charge. Note: provision of moisture Barrier membrane in the joint system to have water tight joint is mandatory requirement and material shall be confirming to ASTM 6063 T66) and Expansion joint system shall be as per ASTM B 221-02. : Width of joint gap size 100mm

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system in Existing Terminal Building related with wall joint (internal/external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of MIGUA WJC 100 or Equivalent extruded aluminum base members, self aligning /centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall conform to ASTM 6063.) Gap size 100mm

Providing and fixing in position new Expansion Joint System by replacing old Expansion joint system in Existing Terminal Building ( Model no: KF 250/100 of MIGUA make or approved Equivalent) vertical wall to wall flat & horizontal ceiling to ceiling flat application. including cost of conveyance of all materials , Labour charges, dismantling and removing of old expansion joint system including cutting of Existing Expansion joint to required width, sundries etc. all complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-In –Charge. Width of the joint: 25 mm to 75 mm. ( vertical wall to wall Flat and Horizontal Ceilings)

Providing & fixing in position expansion joint system for Ceiling (Model No:CP25/50 of MIGUA make or approved Equivalent) related to suspended ceilings in Existing Terminal Building, including cost of conveyance of all materials , Labour charges, dismantling and removing of old expansion joint system including cutting of Existing Expansion joint to required width, sundries etc. all complete as per the drawing and direction of Engineer-In –Charge.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
