Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class deodar wood. Door = 2 × (7' × 2' + 3' ) × 3" × 5" & Windows = 2× (5' × 3' + 3' × 2) ×3" × 5"

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class deodar wood 35 mm. Door = 2 × (6.75' × 2.5' ) & Window = 2 × (2.25' × 4.5' )

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Slab =21' × 11' × 0.5' , lintel = 2 × ( 8' × 0.75') × 0.75' & shelf = 2 × (14.5' ×0.5' × 1.5').

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level @ 110kg / cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns, b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms. 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) = 2 × [( 8.375' × 10') × 2 + ( 8.5' × 10') × 2]

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) = 2 ( 19' × 10' + 10' × 10')

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and including water thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work = 2[ 2 × 7' × 3' + 2 × 5' × 3'] × 0.8
