Peg Table(FD-277/384/236) :- (a) Taking down carefully existing unserviceable top of table and replacing the same with 18/19mm thick Medium Density Fibre board (MDF) exterior grade ISI marked (IS:12406-2003) with exposed face covered with 1mm thick decorative laminates Type-I ISI marked (IS:2046-1995) of surface finish colour and pattern as approved, affixed with synthetic glue and exposed edges provided with 4mm thick edging with width equal to thickness of board of 1st class teak wood free from all defects and with exposed wood surface painted with two coats of high gloss polyurethane enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed and as shown on drawing. Taking out the broken/ faded looking mirror from Table dressing ladies and S&F new mirror size as per Drg ( FD-265)and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of unserviceable foam cushion,32 density, size 533x560x100mm thick for seat and back of Sofa set 5 seater by S & F new one duly covering with inner cover with new marking cloth superior quality and new tapestry cloth on top as outer cover chain type and cost of tapestry cloth not less that Rs 350/- Per Meter (Make Sleepwell) as approved by GE complete all as per Drg (FD-281/373) and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 37 here-in-before but size of foam cushion 533x560x100mm thick for Sofa Set 4 seater,and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable foot rest portion of Bed Hard and S & F new foot rest 3.5/4mm thick one side teak faced and other side commercial BWR ply wood alongwith replacement of unserviceable wooden legs with well seasoned 1st class teak wood and providing readymade 30x4mm teak wood beading complete all as per DRG (FD-246) duly finished with french polish to all wooden surface expost to view complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 39 here-in-before but Head Rest of Bed Hard complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out of unserviceable ply wood from the Head board and foot board of Bed Hard and S&F of new plywood with one side teak faced and other side commercial BWR to shape & size including provision of teak wood beading of size 30x4mm without disturbing to the teak wood frame complete all as per Drg(FD-245/246) or specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out the unserviceable ply wood top from bed Hard S&F new plywood 12mm thick of size 1840x910mm complete all as per Drg (FD-245/246) or specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe tighting the complete charpoy i.e loose check nuts,Elbows, long rail,short rail and making it suitable for fixing 12mm thick 07 ply BWR ISI marked plywood on top of charpoy size 2140x920mm Ply wood Make and S&F 02 Nos stiffner 'U' type per charpoy, made to shape out of 900x40x5mm thick MS Flate iron fix to charpoy frame with 04 Nos of Nut bolt & washer of size 6mm dia 70mm long per stiffner. A total of 10 Nos nut and bolt with 20 washers shall be provided to fix the plywood top with the frame. Nut provided shall be galvanised countersunk. MS Flate iron will be painted with two coat of synthetic enemal paints black colour over and including, one coat of red oxide primer complete all as per Drg (FD-220)as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete removal of existing painting/polish and applying two coats of high gloss polyurethane enamel paint (Nerolac:Wonder Wood Coatings 1K PU Glossy/ Asian Paints:Wood Finishes Wood Tech Melamyne Glossy/ J&N Paints:Brolac Hi Gloss Polyurethane Enamel/ Berger Paints: Wood Finishes Imperia Luxuary Polyurathene High Gloss)by spray painting method over and including a coat of pink primer and prepration of surfaces Complete all as specified and as directed all as per specified in the Drg (FD-246) bed hard and as directed by Engr -in-charge.
