Providing and applying solvent free epoxy paint and primer on masonry / RCC surfaces as per technical specifications enclosed (Annex.A) including surface preparation (consisting of removing loose material, cleaning the surface with high pressure water Jet Cleaning and making the surface dry) and by removing the old treatment by using mechanical grinder or sand papering etc. All the rubbish material shall be disposed off to dumping yard in factory area. On Wall / Ceiling / columns / beams / Sloping sides of Umbrella portion above the prilling shaft well / Projections / Pedestals of foundations in Plants at different levels surfaces including epoxy based putty filling in depressions to give an even surface. Epoxy material supplied from any one of the four epoxy manufacturers viz. M/s Hindustan Ciba Geigy Limited, M/s Atul Limited, M/s SIP Resins Limited , Dr.Beck & Co. Ltd,M/s STP Ltd, M/s Huntsman to be used. Note:1.The item also includes providing necessary scaffolding etc. for carrying out the job. 2. Payment for putty filling shall be done as per relevant Item no. 5.0

Providing and laying epoxy quartz mortar on masonry / RCC surfaces including surface preparation after removing of existing surface, if required, and providng and applying one priming coat and two seal coats with solvent free epoxy material supplied by any one of the four epoxy manufacturers as mentioned in item no.1(a) above. The composition shall be as per manufacturers formulations. The work should be executed as per technical specifications enclosed as in Annex. B.

About 6.5 mm thick epoxy mortar lining over horizontal RCC surfaces or wherever required.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, as per IS : 4457 and joints & edges filled with epoxy Quartz mortar, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. This item also includes Removing existing mastic lining / epoxy screeding / mortar lining from sides and bottoms of drains , trenches , manholes, floors etc. and cartage and disposal of rubbish to dumpyard , repairing/preparing the surface with cement mortar/concrete/ bitumen primer whereever required or receiving the new mastic/tiles lining including lifting and replacing the position , the covers of drain etc.

In flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile .

In dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proof cement : 4 coarse sand) Acid and alkali resistant tile. Approved Make of tiles: Johnsons Endura / Pelican / Lanexis / Equivalent
