Taking up/out old UNSV pipe of any specification including all fittings of following bore complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Construction of brick masonry (full brick thick wall) valve chamber of 1050x1050x950mm size of internal diomension, PCC work with (1:4:8) type D2. 150mm thick (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation complete with 3.00mm thick MS sheet cover and frame of MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified shall be plastering to internal and exposed surfaces of the chamber, in CM (1:4) 15mm thick and PCC coping (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry (full brick thick wall) valve chamber, of 1200x1200x1200mm size of internal diomension, PCC work with (1:4:8) type D2. 150mm thick (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for foundation complete with 3.00mm thick MS sheet cover and frame of MS angle iron 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified shall be plastering to internal and exposed surfaces of the chamber, in CM(1:4) 15mm thick and PCC coping (1:2:4) type B-1, 50mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable chemical dosing pump from the existing location and replacement with new of RC-series 06 ltrs/hrs @ 10 kg back pressure model No RC 13 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Clarifer system, taking down of capacity 5HP motor from the water circulating system of water treatment plant at RSPH by disconnecting electrically and machanically, Replace the unserviceable motor with new motor of Same specification, unserviceable Gear box system replace with new gear box system of ratio 15, replace agitators system of stain less steel etc complete and replacing the bearings/bushes as per existing size, including reveting and welding works, reassembling the same, shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix dewatering Pump 2 HP single phase non clogging sewage submersible pump with 15 meter delivery pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS Nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size matching with the existing flange of borewell complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting of existing road/hard standing/ footpath surfaces for laying of GI water tubing and making good complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundation above GL incluinding breaking existing PCC and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) (nominal mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement contrete 1:3:6 type C- 2 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole filling and mass concrete in complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips TMT bar in complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 59.00 abive but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders in complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of fair finished surface of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchion sand plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter in complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of fair finished surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for taking out, laying of pipes not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note : Surplus spoil shall not be removed but left protrude over the trench.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair of leakage of 150 mm dia CI delivery pipe line of any specification at height of 18 mtr (approx) of RCC over head tank capacity 50000 Glns near civilian Qtr by provinding stagings / scafolding of sufficient streangth for easy access of labour/pipe fitter for rectification of leakage incluiding testing, descafolding after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note - Rate qouated by the contracter includes the cost of Materials i.e. CI specials, CI Pipe, Gasket and welding work etc., if required for repair of leakage .
