Preparation of existing cement floor surface by scrapping/grinding by mechanical means, removing the loose materials and washing the surface thoroughly to apply Epoxy resin primer & self levelling epoxy.

Providing and applying epoxy primer in one or more coats to to achieve uniformity. Over the primer 2mm thick epoxy screed layer and 2mm thick self levelling epoxy of required colour to be applied which is to be of solvent free, chemical resistant, smooth coloured in glossy or matt finish form as per the manufacturer specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Make: Primer: Ultra green-Ultra EP11 or Bostik Primecoat Epoxy: Ultra green - Ultra TC 42 or Bostik ESL-1000

Repair of cracks (i) Forming groove by manual/ mechanical means of uniform size from 5 mm wide, 5 to 10 mm deep and removing the loose particles. (ii) Applying epoxy bonding coat (Dr. Fixit pidicrete MPB or its equivalent) including all materials, brush etc. (iii) Filling with cement based crack filler including curing etc. (Dr. Fixit crack x - paste or its equivalent) For 5mm depth, 5 mm width per metre length (iv) Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (Quoted rate shall be inclussive of necessary scaffolding required to carry out the work at all heights)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer Brands: asian/Dulux/Gem (Quoted rate shall be inclussive of necessary scaffolding required to carry out the work at all heights)

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats Brands: asian/Dulux/Gem (Quoted rate shall be inclussive of necessary scaffolding required to carry out the work at all heights)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.. (Quoted rate shall be inclussive of necessary scaffolding required to carry out the work at all heights.) Make: Asian - Smart Care Damp proof primer and apex ultima exterior emulsion OR Gem Paints - Gem Prime Acrylic exterior primer and GEMPEX PREMIUM EXTERIOR EMULSION – GX OR Dulux - WeatherSheild alkali bloc primer and WeatherSheild POWERFLEX

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On concrete work Make: UGCC
