Supplying,Installation,Testing and commissioning of 250 KVA/200 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 V, 50 Hz, Silent D.G. Set confirm to ISO 4722 specification and should meet CFCB norms complete as detailed below:-

DIESEL ENGINE:-250 KVA:( Make :-Sudhir/Kirloskar or its equivalent make as approved by the Engineer incharge.

CUMMINS make engine model 6L8.9TAA-G4,6 cylinders, inline 4 stroke cycle, Water cooled, developing 335 BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS'5514.The engine shall be provided with Electrical starting arrangement & shall give the Electrical output of 250 KVA/200 KW at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts at the alternator terminals complete in all respect ro the best satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

ALTERNATOR:- Stamford make single bearing alternator suitable for continuous operation generating 250 KVA,1500 RPM, 415 volts 0.8 power factor (Lag) suitable for 50 HZ 3-Phase,4 wires system,confirming to BS 5000/IS 4722 . The alternator is brusheless type,screen protected,revolving field,self excited,self regulated through an AVR.The alternator has the following features :+- 1.0% voltage regulation (Max.) in static conditions.IP: 23 Protection with insulation class H.Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.

CONTROL PANNEL

The control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powered coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish.The control panel consists of the following parts: PS0500 controller,Aluminium Bus Bars with suitable capacity with in/outgoing terminals,indicating lamps for 'Load on'and 'set running' instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled,MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections.

PC1.1: Genset controller

Cummins power start TM PS0500 control is a microprocessor based generator set mounitoring and control system.The control provides a simple operator interface to the generator set,manual and remote start/stop control.The integration of all functions into a single control system provides enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control system.The control has been designed and tested to meet harsh environment in which gensets are typically applied.

Essential Accessories :

i) FUEL TANK:- Sub base Fuel tank of 14SWG M.S. sheet of adequate capacity .

Base Rail : Base rail with integral fuel tank is provided.

ii) BATTERY:- For electrical control circuit 2 No 12 volts 45 AH Cummins pulse lite batteries for electrical starting of D.G.set.

SOUND ALTERNATOR SYSTEM:- The Sound Attenuated DG Sets are designed and engineered by the CAD/CAM experts confirming to intrnational standards and mandatory noise level norms achieving NOISE LEVEL of 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 metres in open environment. The system is made of High class sheet metal fabricated panels of 16G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channel & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality FIREPROOF Acoustic material i.e Rock wool ( 50-100 mm.thick having 64-96 kg/m3 density).

Excavation in foundations,trenches etc.,in earth work,lift up to 1.50 mtr.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm.layers,when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc.,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as direct with in a lead of 20 mtrs.in pick jumper work.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm.so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.,with wooden battens and ballies,height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in: vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) pertitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 draded stone aggregate 20 mm.nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in : Foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing M.S.round holding down or Anchor bolts with nuts and washers plates complete as required.

Providing and laying of PVC round sheathed armoured instrumentation cable 6 core 2.5 sq.mm.copper conductor in existing trench voltage grade upto 1100 volts as required,complete as required.

Providing and filling of high speed diesel in 250 KVA D.G.set .
