Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundation/laying of cable in trenches, not exceeding 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre depth (beyond the first 1.5 metre) for foundation of poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for GI clamp made made out of flat iron of size 32x6mm conforming Fe-290 (Gde E-165) for support of cable protection pipe from existing steel/RCC pole of any size by making holes to strip and fixing with nuts, bolts and washer of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic rubber insulated mats for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m and thickness not less than 12mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with red white with letters figures and conventional skull and in bones in signal red colour of size 15x20cm and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts for 415V/ LT Installations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, armoured, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 6 Sqmm, 2 core, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, under floors, through GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule. (2) Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for stay assembly comprising of 7/ 4 SWG galvanised stay of standard wire of required length fixed to pole with and including galvanised flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc including galvanised steel 20 mm dia, 400 mm long stay bow and GI stay plate of size 300 x 300 x 6 mm thick, thimble MS clamp made out of 50 x 6mm and loop insulators porcelain brown complete all as shown in EP No.1 of SSR part - I including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L in repairs galvanised stay strand, size 7/4 mm of standard wire of required length fixed to pole with and including galvanised flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and stacking aside serviceable materials for re-use with in 50m and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut bolt washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of insulators of any type from LT poles of any size and type and setting aside complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pin type porcelain vitreous white/brown insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain, insulator vitreous, white, brown or green, including galvanised mild steel, straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100 mm height and 115 mm dia, size of strap 31 mm x 5 mm and dia of bolt 14 mm suitable for 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green of overall dimension 90x140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole including necessary form work for fair finish surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling/taking down old aluminium steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of any size any type from LT overhead line including all jumper, cross arms, clamps, bolts, nuts etc and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse in the work complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing and stringing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size (a) squireel 6/1 x 2.11, (b) weasel 6/1 x 2.59, (c) Rabbit 6/1 x 3.25 as suitable conforming to IS - 398 part- 4 of 1994 including binding, straining in LT over head line including all jumper connection and binding on insulator with new wire/aluminium tape complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes horizontall for laying not less than 40mm pipe (minimum depth 0.75 mtr from top level) under the road pavement, hardstanding using trenchless technology and inserting GI pipe 80/50/40mm bore for drawing the cables complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Cost of accessories required for making hole/bore deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (2) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Restringing of old aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) or AAAC conductor of 4 wire line ( 3 phase and neutral) and make on LT 9 m long poles alongwith earth wire, including replacement of binding wire and aluminium taps reconnection, street light connections, service connections and binding to insulators with suitable size of new binding wire including prunning of tree branches 2 mtr all around OH LT line by means of pulley, rope etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 04 Nos of ACSR or AAAC conductor shall be measured as one unit length.

Restringing of old aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) or AAAC conductor of 2 wire line (single phase and neutral) and make on LT 9 m long poles alongwith earth wire, including replacement of binding wire and aluminium taps reconnection, street light connections, service connections and binding to insulators with suitable size of new binding wire including prunning of tree branches 2 mtr all around OH LT line by means of pulley, rope etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 02 Nos of ACSR or AAAC conductor shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking out/down old/unserviceable under ground LT cables of any size and connections including pipes etc from trenches/walls/poles of any cross sectional area and keeping serviceable materials in safe custody for reuse and unserviceable materials removing from site as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (2) Excvation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling existing unserviceable GI earth wire, cradles of any type from service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised steel earth wire 4 mm dia (hexagonal/rectangular) used for craddle guarding suitable for LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC/fibre separator for LT over head line 1100 volts conductor 3/4 wire system, suitable for 2 conductor, in span without damaging the over head line including taking down old separator complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of CT & PT as per existing ratio at site as suitably fixed in existing ammeater and voltmeter of LT electrical pannel at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable broken LT steel pole/RCC pole/strut any size including demolition of foundation as required and making good disturbed surface and keeping seviceable LT swage pole for re-used at the same or other site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work wherever invloved shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and Earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismanting of LT lightning arresters any type/size of any capacity with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT lighting arresters for outdoor, use, non-linear resistor type, horn gap and choking coil, maximum working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, stranded of size 6 Sqmm x 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs service connection cable, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, stranded of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm dia GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface and removing dust and other deposited material by scraping from LT PSC/steel tubular poles of upto 09 metre long, cross arms brackets and applying two coats of aluminium paint to all steel surfaces, including MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with street light fittings etc and one coat of cement based paint to PSC pole including Zebra colour of painting upto 2.1 m height from the top of coping/bottom of pole as per site condition and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Zebra colour will be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black/yellow colour as approved in alternate layer of 30 cm height of each layer.

Trimming of tree branches around the overhead conductor, poles & stays (not less than 3 metre) to clear the approach of overhead lines including removing of nest, wild grass creepers, unwanted vegetation, etc from pole/stay including cleaning of creepers climbed on poles and angles, channels and disposed off from site beyond 50m and upto a total distance of 250m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Span of 30 to 50m shall be considered as one unit.
