M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as specified and as directed

M&L 150mm thick PCC type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate Finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in pillars,boundary pillars and posts complete all as specified and directed

S&F steel work in tubular trusses/purlines/columns incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide primer including prepration of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS plates Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality A) (Plain or chequrred , channels, square cut or notched ordinary andcounter sunk ) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre -painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sub main wiring with two runs of 4.0 sqmm PVC unsheathed, copper conductor cable multistrand, 1100 Volt FRLS grade and one run of PVC insulated earth continuity conductor 4.0 sqmm drawn through surface PVC conduit with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 2 run of 4 sqmm copper cable and one run of 4 sqmm copper earth wire shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F switch paino, flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling rose,3 phase PVC/polycarbonate , isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18 W tubelight fitting with lamp, Endura linear LED wall mounted LED batten with polycarbonate housing & intergated driver for efficient heat dissipation with complete fitting all as specified and as directed.
