Supplying & Erection of galvanized stay set 11KV. O/ H lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x1.8 meters long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmx45 cm x7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamp, turn buckle (20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I stay wire and 11KV. strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 dia meter including binding etc. as required. (40 span x 3 wire x 50 mtr..x 0.394kg/-mtr.)= 2364 Kg.

Erection of all aluminum conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 dia meter including binding etc. as required. (40 span x 3 wire x 50 mtr..x 0. 342Kg./-mtr)= 2052.00 Kg.

Supplying & erection of 11KV. grade disc insulator with hardware for 11KV. O/H lines with galvanized insulator fittings, ball & socket type and complete with galvanized strain clamp, bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required

Supplying & erection of 11KV. pin insulator with large steel hard G.I pin, nut, washer etc. as required

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75m mx 40 mm x 5.7 Kg./mtr. double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV. O/H line conductor complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles 50 mm x 6mm M.S flats welded on side to the Channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulators pins/fittings, bolts and nuts etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75mm x 40 mm. x 7.14Kg. per meter pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11KV. O/H line conductor complete with 50mm x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying of channel iron 75mmx40mm x 7.14 Kg. per mtr.) cross arm for two 11KV. overhead line conductors complete with 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm(angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulators pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc.(as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish

Dismantling of O/H lines comprising of copper/Aluminum overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc, as required. (a) Conductor 2 Km.x 394Kg./-Km.= 788.00 Kg.+ 2 Km x 342 Kg.= 1472.00 Kg. (b) Channel bracket 200 mtr..x7.14/-Kg.M.)=1428.00 Kg.(c) Disc insulator (80 Nos.x 6Kg)= 480.00Kg. (d) Pin insulator 11KV. Dismantling of pole/street light/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.
