NS Item -Providing and executing artistic wall painting including decorative painting, mural painting, graffiti style art, theme-based painting, public awareness paintings, slogan writing as an integral part of artwork, typography, illustrations, cultural and heritage artwork, landscape paintings, motivational and educational paintings, abstract and geometric designs, logos, symbols, graphics and other artistic compositions on wall surfaces, including thorough surface preparation by scraping, cleaning, removal of loose paint, dust, dirt, algae and other foreign matter, repairing minor cracks and surface imperfections, application of white cement putty wherever required, rubbing with emery paper, application of exterior grade primer, preparation and approval of artwork/design, layout marking, sketching, execution using approved quality weather-resistant exterior acrylic/emulsion paints with all colours, brushes, rollers, spray equipment, scaffolding, staging, labour, artist charges, tools and plants, transportation, loading, unloading, finishing, cleaning of site and all incidental works complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The artwork shall comprise complete artistic compositions with background treatment, colour combinations, illustrations and decorative elements as per the approved design and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in-Charge.
