Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). a) Second class teak wood

Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality (a) 1.0 mm thick.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Old work (one or more coats)

Providing and fixing 50 mm bright finished brass cup board or wardrobe knob of approved quality with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: (a) 100 mm

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete. (a) 50 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete (a) 150x10 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch with necessary screws etc. complete : (a) 250x16x5 mm

Providing and fixing flat pressed 19 mm thick water proofing board of green ply or equivalent of approved quality for cup-board, secrews etc. all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (a) 19 mm thick

Providing and fixing flat pressed 6 mm thick laminated BISON board of green ply or equivalent for cup-board, secrews etc. all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing "E" channel of aluminium for fixing of sliding shutters all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/F sliding wheels of approved quality for sliding shutter all complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer in charge
