SCHEDULE 'A' PART-X (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) (A). INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and Hanging, ceiling fan, 1200 mm sweep with down rod, canopy, fan blades and accessories, BEE 5 Star Rated and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated, sheathed round flexible wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 0.50 Sq mm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, from ceiling rose/ connector to fan including dismantling of existing fan and depositing in MES storeyard complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : HAVELLS, Model : ES-50 5 / CROMPTON GREAVES, Model : Empower 50 /USHA, Model : TECHNIX FLAIR or equivalent model in BAJAJ / ORIENT / ALMONARD).

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 450 mm sweep, 900 RPM, heavy duty, AC Single Phase 230/240 volts, metal body with louver shutters including making circular hole in existing wall to accommodate exhaust fan and necessary civil work and making good the disturbed surface complete all as spcified and directed. (MAKE : HAVELLS, Turbo Force / CROMPTON, EXHD380-6-1 / USHA, Turbo Heavy Duty or equivalent model in BAJAJ / ORIENT).

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM, heavy duty, AC Single Phase 230/240 volts, metal body with louver shutters including making circular hole in existing wall to accommodate exhaust fan and necessary civil work and making good the disturbed surface complete all as spcified and directed. (MAKE : HAVELLS, Turbo Force / CROMPTON, EXHD380-6-1 / USHA, Turbo Heavy Duty or equivalent model in BAJAJ / ORIENT).

Supply and fixing Wall mounted fan 400 mm sweep with complete fixing accessories all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 Watt integrated LED tube light fitting 4 ft, suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling completed all accessories internally prewired and inculuding electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) of Make : Crompton Cat No. LCTLN-20-CDL or Equivalent model in Philips / GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED hanger lumanaries 100 Watt, IP-66 protection, operating voltage 130 to 280 Volt, specially designed for thermal management of Make : Crompton Cat No. LHB11-100-CDL/60-HPM or equivalent model in Philiphs / GE complete all as specfieid ad directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 230 Volts, 6 - 32 Amps 10 KA 'C' Curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN, 230 Volts, 20 Amps 10 KA 'C' Curve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

(B) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fix LED street light fittings 70 Watt complete and eletrcally connecting up with 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated straded copper wire and testing, complete as specified and directed of Make : Cropmpton Cat Part No. LST-70-CDL-M of eauivalent model in Philips / GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable Junction Box 155x210x92mm in size, made out of thermoplastic, having IP 65 protection for outdoor installation fixed with 4 way bakeliite cable terminals including 03 Nos polymide gland with check nut (M032 - 02 No & M-25 - 01 No) fixed on poles with ALuminium clamps of size 25x3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc junction box complete all as specified and directed of Make Cat Part No. DK 1610G of HENSEL or equivalent model in SPELSBERG / RITTAL.

Material and labour for Horizontal boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing, suitable for passing through pipes upto 100 mm bore, not. exc 6.0 mtr length complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Pipes shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fixing post top lantern light fitting for 40 Watt LED made in case aluminium spigot housing with decorative opal acrylic diffuser and IP-65 protection complete with all accessories including 2 Mtr long 50mm dia pipes galvinised "Medium Class" complete.

(C) HARD STANDING M&L for approved earth filling in pavings, spreading in layers n.exc 25 cm thick, watering, ramming, rolling and compacted with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and finishing to required gradient and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 150mm (compacted thickness) GSB-I of table 400-1 of Morth, IRC specification, spreading in layers not. exc 15 cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling by tandom vibratory roller and finishing for acheive filed compaction at least to 98% of MDD (Maximum Dry Density) for soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 150mm (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in two layers (each layers 75 mm thick compacted seperately) with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and consolidated as specified to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
