M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.15 sqm laid in floor set and jointed in cement slurry including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finish even & fair and pointed in coloured polymer based groute of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete flooring type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position for sunken portion and floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab as specified below asd as directed by engr-in-charge:- (a) 15mm plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC on raised vertical surface. (B) Cleaning the surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles ,dirt etc. (c) Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with polymer modified mortar on the junction of slab and walls (d) Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surfaces. (e) Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2x2 mm immidiately on above coating (f) Apply second coat of two component modified polymer coating after 72 hours (g) Laying concrete 1:4:8 over the coating as per requirement (h) Joining the sanitary pipe with non shrink cementatiuos grout (k) Complete the treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. NOTE : (i) The Treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers industreis and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be consider for payment. (iii) WPC shall be measured and paid saperately.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt n.less than 3.0kg/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application keep overlap margin for minimum 100mm heat both the overlaps and use round tipped trowel to seal overlap excess compound should be smoothened and pressed into seam using hot trowel and including & applying a tack coat of glass fibre bitumen felt grade-2 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sq.m. including cleaning surfaces with wire brush / coir brush to free from all loose materials like dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and by applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE)

M&L for prepartion of New Plastered ceiling surface completed applying the following :- (a) Applying one coat wall care putty (1.00mm thick) on wall surface and smoothing the surface with sand papers/Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applhing one coat of interior wall primer using Roller over finished putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying Two coats of Interior Apcolite Premium Emulsion with roller to achieve smooth finishes complete all as specified. (Note : Contractor may use manual prepartion of surfaces where mechanically is not possible with prior approval of Engr-in-Charge.)

M&L for prepartion of New Plastered external wall surfaces completed applying the following :- (a) Applying one coat wall care putty (1.00mm thick) on wall surface and smoothing the surface with sand papers/Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applhing one coat of exterior wall primer using Roller over finished putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying Two coats of Apex Advanced Dust Proof Emulsion with roller to achieve smooth finishes complete all as specified. (Note : Contractor may use manual prepartion of surfaces where mechanically is not possible with prior approval of Engr-in-Charge.)

M&L for prepartion for complete removal of existing treatment on old internal wall surfaces of any description, preparation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart Periodical Methodology and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Applying one coat wall care putty (1.00mm thick) on wall surface and smoothing the surface with sand papers/Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applhing one coat of interior wall primer using Roller over finished putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (c) Applying two coats of Interior Apcolite Premium Emulsion with roller to achieve smooth finishes complete all as specified. (Note : Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal an surface preparation with prior approval of Engr-in-Charge in case of places where using of Mechanical equipment are not feasible are note possible.

M&L two coats of acrylic emulsion on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion for complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any description, preparation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum Bag using Smart Periodical Methodology and after preparing the surfaces applying the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Applying one coat wall care putty (1.00mm thick) on wall surface and smoothing the surface with sand papers/Mechanised sanding etc prepatory to paint as complete all as specified and directed. (b) Applying one coat of exterior wall primer using Roller over finished putty surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
