Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Distribution Panel for 2 Nos. 40KVA Gensets at Pulicat Lighthouse and DGPS Station under Chennai Directorate.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 3 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. (Laying from Earth pit to Generator Body & earth pit to Neutral (20 mtrs copper strip required for each earth laying on surface)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.( 2 Nos. earth Body of each Generator and 2 Nos. for common Neutral of 2 Generators) (refer drawing 9.1.3)

Providing and fixing Earth bus of 50mm x 533 copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required

(Refer Sl.No:7 for installation) Supply of 25 Sq.mm flexible copper conductor PVC Insulated Cables, Unsheathed with Rigid Conductor conforming IS:694:2010 latest. Laying 4 run from Meterboard to Distribution panel, distriburion Panel to Generator1 and 2, and Generator 1 &2 to Distribution Panel

Supply of Electrical insulation rubber mat ISI as floor covering for the protection of workers on AC and DC installations with the system voltages up to 66 kV AC and 240 V DC and as per confirming Indian stamdard IS15652 latest 1000mm width x 2000 mm length.

Supply and laying of 2" (63mm) PVC pipe of 10Kg confirming IS4985-2000 for laying from Meterboard to Distribution panel, distriburion Panel to Generator1 and 2, and Generator 1 &2 to Distribution Panel with Suitable SS clamps and screws ( for laying 25Sq.mm flexible copper)

Laying of 25 sq.mm copper cable in (63mm) PVC pipe from Meterboard to Distribution panel, distriburion Panel to Generator1 & 2, and Generator 1 &2 to Distribution Panel (4 run in 63mm PVC pipe)

Supply of 160A floor mounted type distribution Panel size Length: 1676mm ,Height:1982mm Depth:250mm , made up of 16 gauge CRCA sheet fully powder coated Siemens Colour for 3 phase 4 wire system comprising of surge protective device 3P+N / imax 100KA, 25mmX12mm Aluminium Bar for phase and neutral and 25X6mm Aluminium For Earth of the panel board. Incoming : 100A/4 pole MCCB for Mains, 250A/ 4 pole ON load change over Switch 3 Nos for Generator, SDF, Metering : R,Y,B Indicators : 2 Set , Multi function meter VAF Meter : 1 No, Outgoing : 32A 4 Pole MCB: 8 Nos, 63A 4 Pole MCB 1No., 32A/ 2 Pole MCB : 18 Nos. suitable for conjenction with 2 Nos. 40KVA Gen set. (Refer Drawing 9.1.1 & 9.1.2)

Refer Sl. No.8 Erection installation, testing and commissioning charges 160A floor mounted type distribution panel with making foundation on base, (Civil Masonry work for construction of trench suitable for new panel, where ever necessary), incoming termionation from mains, Generator cable connections, glanding, earthing to panel, load connects etc complete.

Refer Sl No.2 (for plate earthing) is used to make additional earth pit charges. The site is located in sea area difficult to digging for earth pit due the water coming with in 4 feet. Removing water, sand etc

Breaking the floor for making trench making hole on stone wall where ever required and plastering neatly for taking copper tape/ cable as required according to site conditions.

Dismantling and removing of old AMF Panel and distribution panel by disconnectind from supply and load connections, temporary supply arrangements for Main light, and DGPS equipment during erection of new panel with out swithing OFF of Equipments.

Supplying and making end termination with copper lugs for 25sqmm PVC insulatded copper conductor cable for Generator 1, Generator 2, Panel Board, as required

Supply and laying of Cat6 Ethernet Cable, (High Speed 550MHZ / 10 Gigabit Speed UTP LAN Cable,Network Cable, RJ45 Cable LAN Wire) through 3/4" Heavy duty PVC pipe on recess or surface from Generator 1 and Generator 2 to nearby Router for monitoring the 2 Generator parameters such as, diesel level, voltage/ current/ load/ running hours etc in remote / mobile /Desk top/etc.

Supply and Installation of 4.5KG Eco, Co2 fire estinguisher for power house. Suitable for estingiush Electrical fire.

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of foundation bolts, SS Bolts & nuts, sleeves, insulation tape, etc
