Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Passenger Elevator G and 1 at Main Canteen, NCBS, GKVK Campus, Bengaluru - 560065

Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and handing over satisfactorily working condition of passenger elevator at Main Canteen, NCBS including the cost of providing warranty for 2 years after handing over complete as per specifications and drawing as required and as below. This also includes the dismantling of existing elevator and replacement of new proposed MRL type traction elevator at same shaft. The offer shall include the Buyback offer for the existing ECE make elevator (not working). The Scope of work also includes as follows; a. Passenger cum service lift (MRL), G+1F with 8 passenger / 544 Kg capacity, 1.00mps Speed, ACVVVF control, Single collective selective operation. 2 stops (Ground + First) all on the same side, travel 3.4 mtr approx. (The actual height may be measured at the site). The lift shall have provisions for Barrier free lift for handicapped persons along with provisions for a normal passenger lifts. The detailed specifications are indicated in the tender document. b. Approval/clearance for Pre-installation and post installation (commissioning) shall be obtained by the contractor from competent authorities wherever required including submission of the required drawings and documents along with liasoning work. c. The vendor shall include the necessary commercial steel/ISMB steel member for Machine location, load hook etc. wherever it is required. This is the OEM scope of work. d. The scope of work for the associated civil works as mentioned in the Specifications. e. Any other item which is not specifically mentioned but necessary for its proper functioning and safety are to be included in the scope of work and cost.
