The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractualturnoverof[V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V = Advertised value ofthe tenderincrores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed forcompletion ofworkfor which bids have been invited. The averageannualcontractualturnover shall be calculated as an average of"totalcontractualpayments" in the previous three financial years, as pertheauditedbalance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of thepreviousyear isyet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet ofthefourthprevious year shall be considered for calculatingaverageannualcontractual turnover. The tenderers shall submitrequisiteinformation asper Annexure-VIB, along with copies of AuditedBalanceSheets dulycertified by the Chartered Accountant/ CertificatefromCharteredAccountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
Experience in similar nature of work:- a) The tenderermusthavesuccessfully completed any of the following during last07(seven)years,ending last day of month previous to the one in whichtender isinvited:Three similar nature of works each costing not less thantheamountequal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, or Twosimilarnatureof works each costing not less than the amount equal to40% oftheadvertised value of the tender, or One similar nature ofworkeachcosting not less than the amount equal to 60% of theadvertisedvalue ofthe tender. (b) (i) In case of tenders for compositeworks (e.g.worksinvolving more than one distinct component, such asCivilEngineeringworks, S&T works, Electrical works, OHE works etc. Andin thecase ofmajor bridges - substructure, superstructure etc.), thetenderermusthave successfully completed any of the following duringlast 07(seven)years, ending the last day of the month previous to the oneinwhichtender is invited: Three similar nature of works each costingnotlessthan the an amount equal to 30% of the advertised valueofeachcomponent of the tender, or Two similar nature of workseachcosting notless than the amount equal to 40% of the advertisedvalue ofeachcomponent of tender, or One similar nature of work eachcosting notlessthan the amount equal to 60 % of the advertised valueofeachcomponent of the tender. Note for b(i): Separate completedworksofminimum required values for each component shall alsobeconsideredfor fulfillment of technical eligibility criteria. (b) (ii) Insuchcases, whatconstitutes a component in a composite work shall beclearlypredefinedwith estimated tender cost of it, as part of thetenderdocuments withoutany ambiguity. (b) (iii) To evaluate thetechnicaleligibility of thetenderer, only components of work as stipulatedintender documents forevaluation of technical eligibility shallbeconsidered. The scope of workcovered in other remainingcomponentsshall be either executed by thetenderer himself if he hasworkexperience as mentioned in clause 7 (a)(ii) of Part-II of GCC orthroughsubcontractor fulfilling the requirementsas per clause 7 of Part- IIof GCCor jointly i.e., partly himself andremaining through subcontractor,withprior approval of Chief Engineerin writing. However, if required intenderdocuments by way of SpecialConditions, a formal agreementdulynotarised, legally enforceable in thecourt of law, shall be executedby themain contractor with thesubcontractor for the component(s) ofworkproposed to be executed bythe subcontractor(s), and shall besubmittedalong with the offer forconsidering subletting of that scope ofworktowards fulfillment oftechnical eligibility. In case after the award ofthecontract or during theexecution of work it becomes necessary forthecontractor to changesubcontractor, the same shall be donewithsubcontractor(s) fulfilling therequirements as per clause 7 of Part-IIofGCC, with prior approval of theChief Engineer in writing
