Design, supply instalation testing and commissiong and lowering of submersible pump ser in 8" dia tube well for clear and cold fresh water as per IS 8034 of1989 with latest amendments having 167 LPM capacity at a total dynamic head of 211mtr from the tube well with complete accessories of the following specification:. As per ANNEXURE "A" in NIT
Supply, installation testing and commissioning of control panel with single incoming and two outgoing (one working + one stanby) having provision for input and out put terminal for servo stabilizer connection at the main bus bar and having inbuilt on load change over switch. Fabrication, assembling, wiring, installation, testing and commissioning fixed type, gloor mounted, cubical design motor control panel fabricated out of 2mm/ 14 SWG CRCA thick sheet duly painted, suitable for indoor use, internally wired complete with all protections 1. in built over load/ line fault/voltage imbalance / phase reversal/ under voltage/ over voltage/ single phasing 2.starting solution: star delta starter, 3. main incoming MCCB with short circuit release 4. bus bar, metering incoming and outgoing digital boltmeter, digital ampere meter, digital freuency meter 3phase current / 3phase voltage/ power factor of running motor, phase induction lamp (RYB with CT's), outgoing MCCB for each pump set. 5. capacitor bank for an improved power factor of 1. 6. DOL starter with over load relay for pumpset. 7. single core copper cable of sie 25 sq.mm as per site requirement confirming to IS694 with termination to connect servo voltage regulator with control panel, and 2one by two core aluminium cable of 25sq.mm from L.T. pole/ transformer to control panel as per site requirement.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of servo voltage regulator/stabilizer duly filled with recommended oil, capacity 30 KVA Inputvoltage range phase to phase=270-460V. Output voltage range phase to phase=415+-4%. Output wave from=45-55Hz. Response time= 10m/sec. Correction speed=25-65 V/Sec
