Providing Round the Clock watch and ward services to ALHW Office and Guest House Complex, including maintenance of Gardens for the year 2026-27.

Providing round clock security guard without gun for watch and ward of government premises and its all belonging by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hours shift including necessary T&P like Torch, lathi and uniform etc. complete as the direction of EIC (One job means 8 hours duty) including cost of all labour charge, materials cost transportation charges, minor tools, GST, labour cess etc. complete.

Attending Maintenance of the entire garden features I,e lawn trees, shrubs, edge flower beds foilages etc., including hoeing weeding prunin replacement of plant, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting, removal of garden waste, top dressing of lawn with good earth and menure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office in-charge ( cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, insecticide, pesticide, lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/article shall be provided by the department) including cost of all labour charges, minor tools labour cess & GST etc, complete.
