Supply, erection and commissioning of 50Cs. Axial flow VT Pump of 760 RPM having static lift 24ft with epoxy coating, incl. welding, etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement and compatible with existing delivery pipe as per approved specification of the deptt.

Supply, erection and commissioning of solid shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 250 HP of 6 pole, 760 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615. The colour shade shall be RAL 7031, suitable for existing 50Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-B)

Supply, erection and commissioning of hollow shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 60 HP of 4 pole, 1440 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615. The colour shade shall be RAL 7031, suitable for 10Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specification of deptt. (as per Annexure-B)

Supply, erection and commissioning of LT Panel in control room of pump house of 2000Amp(should be having enough space for connection of 02 incomer cables from transformer and 01 cable for capacitor bank) with incomer ACB 2000amp 4 pole with 5 nos outgoings each of having MCCB of 630Amp along with D Plug Socket in front side of panel for lighting Load, indicators, relays, meters, push buttons, bus bars & other allied accessories with a stand of MS Channel (1 feet up from floor) & degree of protection as per IP-54 as per approved technical specification.

Supply, erection and commissioning of 75HP Fully Automatic ATS Starter with a MCCB of 250amp, 415 V, 50 Hz with air breaker power contactors of 200A / 110A / 80A with meter, relays, indicators complete in all respect, with degree of protection IP 54 including connection and small item like thimble, Nut Bolts Lugs etc. with a stand of MS Angle (50x50x6mm) of 1 feet height from floor level and with allied accessories as per makes and specifications approved in Annexure-C attached.

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200mm bore, 20 feet depth complete with GI electrode with GI strip (02 nos. for LTDB panels and motors in the Pump House) and coke & salt etc. along with name plate complete as per site requirement.

Supply and laying of 1000 mm2 LT cable single core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable (from Transformer to Motor Control Centre) with thimbles at both ends.

Supply and laying of 400 mm2 LT cable 3.5 core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from Motor Control Centre to Starter Panel with thimbles and with dismantling of old cables from duct.

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with lightening striking counter within protection radius of 100 mtr alongwith its earthing as per site requirement.

Supply and laying of 120 mm2 LT cable 3.5 core Aluminum Conductor, XLPE insulated, Armored cable from ACB to Starter Panel of Nikhri disty with thimbles at both ends.

Make of Pumps- Kirloskar, Wilo, Flowmore, WPIL, Xylem, GITA(upto 60 Cs) & Sintech (upto 60 Cs). Make of Motors - LV Motor- Marathon, ABB, Kirloskar Electric, Siemans, Crompton, Jyoti, BCH, Bharat Bijli. Make of Panels - LV Panel- Siemans, ABB, L&T, Schneider, G.E. C&S, Havells, BCH, Legrand, AE & PSG(upto 30HP). Terms & Conditions:- 1. The tender rate will be inclusive all taxes as applicable including GST. 2. The tender rate will be for F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. 3. WWC@1% will be deducted from the each bill of the agency. 4. Department will not be responsible for non submission of BOQ / Bid Document online by due date, due to any fault of internet/ E-tendering. 5. Third Party Testing by T.P.I.A. will be carried out in the presence of departmental representative at the manufacturer premises and cost of the same will be borne by the successful agency. 6. The warranty of the work shall be as per Service Level agreement from the date of commissioning. 7. Time period for completion of work 6 Months from the issue date of order to proceed with the work. 8. Payment schedule, as per bidding documents & 70% payment be made as per pro-rata basis. 9. Payment shall be made on finished goods and not on casting only. 10. The material will be supplied as per drawing and newly approved technical specifications laid down in tender documents & subsequent submission by bidder in this regard. 11. Authorization from OEM (Pump, Motor) be attached if tenderer is not a manufacturer. 12. Each page of bid book will be signed by the tenderer as a token of acceptance of terms and conditions. 13. Bidders may visit to the sites before quoting the tender rates. 14. Bidders should have executed similar nature work in any Center Government / State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Central Autonomous Body for minimum value equivalent to 50 % of quoted value in last 3 years alongwith existing criteria as per bid i.e. bidder should have completed at least 25% of quantity of similar nature work. 15. ln case, the material offered for inspection by the firm fails to meet the specifications stipulated in NIT/order/Contract and the samples are rejected by the Inspecting Committee, the Department will have the right to levy a penalty at 0.1% of the total value of that particular item. 16. Bidders who will be rejected during technical scrutiny, will submit their representation within 5 days from issue of minutes of TSC. 17. Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- duly certified by the Notary stating that the firm (name of the firm) has not been blacklisted/ debarred either in Government Departments/ Agencies in state of Haryana or Central Government Departments/ Agencies etc. as on the date of submission of the bid in the present tender. 18. Bidders should have average annual financial turnover of atleast 30% of estimated amount during the last 03 financial years, ending 31st March of previous financial year. This should be duly audited by Chartered Accountant. 19. Concession is given to Haryana based MSME’s, KVIU, Central or HPSE (as declared by industries Department Haryana) as in tender fee, EMD, Past Experience and eligibility criteria for turnover. Though they have to complete the job as per tender with warranty of 5 years or 12500 Hours which ever is earlier as per service level agreement. Only those MSME, KVIU, Central or HPSE(as declared by industries Department Haryana) will be eligible for this tender, those are authorized dealer or manufacturer of approved make of IWRD.
