Providing wood work in frames of doors with sandwiched plywood 19+12mm thick of approved make like century or equivalent and fixed in position and pasting sunmica sheet of 1mm thickness/Teak Vineer over wood frames with all necessary fitting and including the cost of fevicol, labour etc all complete as per sketch enclsed as Annexure-I in tender document and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing glass facade of Top and both side of door with fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. For fixing door of required size with Automatic door Opening arrangement of Dorma Or equivalent & Closer Senser with fitting and inverter system complete, all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing surface anti-Termites treatment using chemical on prepared plinth surface as per IS Specification 6313 and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Cylindrical lock with necessary screws, and fittings all complete of approved quality and make like godrej or equivalent conforming to IS: specification . as per Specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass of saint-gobain make of 6 mm thick with necessary concealed brackets fittings for hanging on wall etc. complete in all toilet / room in required sizes. as per Specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing pressure pump with weather shield electrical panel, water level alarm with tripping arrangement and all fittings etc complete. of approved quality KIRLOSKAR 1 HP ETERNA or equivalent make conforming to IS: specification and making connection with pipe lines with necessary fitting all etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for online pressure boosting purpose)

Supply , Installation, testing & commissioning of machineroom less & gearless Elevator (lift) of Otis, Schindler, or other equivalent make suitable for 6-passengers(408Kg), for G+3 Floors along with complete system including all required accessories & automatic rescue facility having Stainless Steel car with Stainless Steel Frame with gearless microprocessor control Panel with belt Drive , along with all required arrangements e.g. airfans, lights, emergency lights/Alarm, Hand rail, scaffoldings, electrification generally confiming to the requirement of IS-14665-part- 1,2,&3 etc. obtaining necessary permission/ clearance for installation & operation of Elevator (lift) from the Electrical Inspector & all the required formalities . Including free maintenance of the Elevator(lift) for a period of 24 Months from the date Elevator (lift) is taken over by the department. Complete as per requirement & direction of Engineer-in charge, detaiiled specifications (Annexure-II) are attached with the tender document.

Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400-2)-Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect.

Providing & applying on wood work/steel work including epoxy primer on prepared surface and applying PU paint of desired shade in two or more coats as directed and as per procedure specified by the manufactuer including cost of all material etc. complete suggested brand of epoxy primer & PU paint of ASDEE/ Nerolac/ Asian etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
