(i) Railway reserves the right to purchase Bulk Quantity from those sources who have been approved by RDSO for this item.RDSO ID - 3100389 -001 , Component of Graduated release compressed air brake equipments for Freight , as per IREPS Vendor Directory on or before the date of tender opening. But in case of removal or suspension or banning or degradation after opening the tender, such cases will be taken into account while deciding tender. (iii) Vendors who have been given conditional approval by RDSO subject to "Prototype Approval" and "Field Trials" are supposed to attach documentary proof about the successful completion of "Prototype Approval" and "Field Trials" . Otherwise, it would be assumed that it is not completed and the offer shall not be considered for ordering.

(i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender. (ii) The bidder confirms that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. (iii) (a) Regarding MSE purchase preference firms, please refer clause 15.0 part B of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Documents->Stores/Supply. (b) Goods and service Tax: Please refer part A Para 14.0 of Southern Railway tender conditions available under the link Public Document -> Stores/Supply. (d) Tenderers are advised to refer instructions to tenders (Part A) and Tender conditions (Part B) for other terms and conditions available under the link Public Document - > Stores/Supply. (iv) Tenderers shall confirm the following declaration failing which the offer is likely to be ignored. " I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India.I certify that this bidder is not from such a country or,if from such a country,has been registered with the Competent Authority.I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered.Where applicable,evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached."

PRICE VARIATION CLAUSE : PVC clause is applicable. Details of PVC is as per Annexure- PVC. Firms invariably should quote as per the PVC formula and base month as per attached Annexure PVC. offers from firms quoting PVC with different base month or formula will be summarily rejected.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

i). Offer validity should be minimum 60 days. ii). Firms with MSME/NSIC Certificate for subject item are requested to submit the same for eligibility towards purchase preference. iii). Tenderer should mention GST No of their firm and also HSN Code of the Item.
