Manufacturing - In order to ensure desired compressive strength, RCC fencing poles should be compacted with the help of platform vibrators, Surface should be uniform and free from voids. | 1.03 | PRCC FENCING POLES Type Straight Length - 2 Meter - Each fencing pole shall be of square cross-section measuring 100 mm × 100 mm. The pole shall contain 4 Nos. vertical reinforcements made of 4 mm diameter high tensile steel wire. Each 2.0 meter fencing pole shall be provided with 6 Nos. holes. The top hole shall be provided at 100 mm below the top of the pole. The bottom hole shall be provided at 500 mm above the bottom of the pole. The centre-to-centre distance between the top and bottom holes shall be equally divided for the remaining holes. ‘J’ hooks shall be made of 6 mm diameter MS bars with proper threading at one end, along with nut and washer for tightening purpose.
