Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness including nainital or similar roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 gsm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing of 0.80 mm thickness (minimum 275gm/sqm galvanising) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti corrosive roof paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc on steel surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/ spring clips and providing new ones.

Fixing only 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n exc 0.5 Sq.m in each pane of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sheet Glass 3mm thick shall be supplied under Sch 'B' free of cost for fixing.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floorings or levelling course, surface finished rough complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm screed bed in CM 1:6 finished rough for laying floor tiles.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick coloured tiles( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.
