M & L for TMT bars for reinforcement 10mm dia and over cut to lengths, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed

Taking down of chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n exc 1.5 sqm each all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars devetailed or welded

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handles, and steel peg stay complete without glazing bars, dovetailed or welded.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC C channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struk inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC shheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

For OHT - Cleaning the existing wall surface of concrete and reinforcements by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and applying “Epoxy zinc primer over a coat of Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete upto 12m height complete with necessary scaffoldings all as specified and as directed.

MS Sheets of 1.6mm thickness in hearths; covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs;ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. all as specified

Sub main wiring with four single core stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100V grade with 4 sq mm drawn through suitable size of non-metallic PVC rigid conduit/casing caping with Two run 4 sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable as earth conductor and conduit accessories fixed up in surface/ recessed as required, including connecting up complete all as specified and directed. NOTE ;- Four runs of 4 sq mm cable and two run of 4 sq mm neutral & earth continuity copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit / casing caping shall be measured as one unit

M & L for taking out and relaying and saddling of existing power cable of automation system for control of valve off sizes by using suitable size of saddle at a distance not more than 45 cm or all specified by engr-in-Charge. NOTE ;- Four runs of power cable shall be measured as one unit

Formwork to staircases with sloping or stepped sofits including risers and stringers with fair finished surfaces all as per specified and directed.
