BOQ of Civil works - Part-B on Item rate basis (Please refer the BOQ attached separately for detailed item description & specifications)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Acrylic Panels (from firms/organisations/ company registered in Europe/USA) for proposed aquarium work including but not limited to following: (i) Supplying of Acrylic panels having size as specified in drawing (or nearest size as available with manufacturer) with light transmission 90% and more. (ii) Thermoforming, bending, annealing, as required and Loading & unloading, material handling till the desired location i.e. from Port to concrete rebate (concrete frame) (iii) Preparation of concrete rebate (concrete frame) for installation of acrylic panels including Copper slag blasting/sand blasting, application of Epoxy material like SIKA, BASF, FORCROCK or Equivalent approved by Consultant/ Engineer (iv) Installation of Acrylic panels in concrete rebate (concrete frame) including but not limited to fixing of baker rods, SS 316L framing, GRP consol, application of Silicon sealant, brackets etc as required. (v) Hydrotesting as per manufacturer's norms, wherever required.(vi) Taking all safety measures during SITC of Acrylic panels.(vii) Submission of Stability & Guarantee certificate from Manufacturer /supplier for min. 10 years. The price shall inclusive of all labour & technician charges, their wages/bonus/allowances/traveling/accommodation charges, taxes/ levies, Import Duty, Freight, Octroi & Transportation up to site, loading-unloading & material handling charges, installation etc complete. Subject item of SITC of acrylic panles is on Job work basis and no additional payment beyond rate quoted by bidder will be paid to the contractor for completion of this Job work. The manufacturer of the acrylic panels should be registered firm in Europe/USA. However, the said registered firm can supply the acrylic panels from its manufacturing plants located in Europe/USA/Asia (except China).

Providing, detailing, composite fabricating members like Trusses, N girders, girders, bracings,supports, purlins, runners, and similar structural steel members fabricated using SS316L & highergrade hollow tubular steel sections (circular & rectangular pipes) of Jindal/ SAIL/ TATA/GoldenStructural Make or equivalent conforming to IS: 4923/IS 6911 and ASTM A312 and of grade SS316L & higher grade as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared byContractor and got approved from Engineer), including transportation of the same to site, erectionof structural steel members for all heights & at all levels, provision of necessary erection bolts,fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary operationslike preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding,machining if specified, welding, grinding, removing the welding burr etc complete as directed byEngineer In Charge."This Item is approved for VJB udyan & Zoo works Only.

Providing & Fixing Stainless steel Welded Wire mesh fencing of required opening of 50 mm x 50mm x 4mm Dia as required with main & cross wires of SS316L & higher grade Jindal/TATA/SAIL/ Golden Structural Make or equivalent make as per manufcturer specification(manufcaturer test certificate to be provided) with necessary fittings, including cutting, welding, riveting, polishing etc complete as directed and specified by Engineer-In-Charge. Designing, conceptualisation & painting 3D artwork on any surface at all height and locations asdirected. The design/concept/theme of 3D work should be submitted by contractor before commencementof work and approval of zoo consultant/ user department should be obtain for the same. 3D artworkpainting process should include but not limited to preparing surfaces for painting (by scrapping /removing the old paint, if any, with wire brush or blades and), rubbing with sand papersas required, filling in cracks in cement mortar 1:3, applying the whole surface with mixture ofwhiting powder or plaster of paris and double boiled inseed oil of premium quality or second qualitysynthetic enamel paint, filling the cracks with premium quality putty or hard glue in case ofwoodwork, rubbing down and even up the surface by any approved means,watering, scaffolding,cleaning, curing, application of primer coats, two coats of acrylic/luster paint, application of topprotective sealer coat etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall include cost of conceptualisation/design, all specified materials, its transporation, loading-unloading,operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering & shuttering, duties, taxesand charges of all Government, Municipal or any other statutory body applicable from time to timeand nothing shall be paid extra on any account. Supplying, screening and spreading in position white sand 1.5 mm to 2mm in size for various animal exhibits in VJB Udyan & Zoo including transportation, spreading in layers etc complete as directedby the engineer in charge.

Designing, conceptualisation, providing and installing 3D epoxy flooring for any size having min.thickness of 4mm including but not limited to preparation of theme based graphics using softwares,printing of same on papers for mock-up, obtaining approval of zoo consultant/ user department,testing of floor for moisture and vapor emissions, preparation of concrete floor using diamondgrinding tools or sanding tools without keeping any cracks/bevels on floor and making entire surface perfectly smooth, Auto scrub and vacuum the floor to completely clean the surface, checking of humidity, applying self-leveling epoxy primer, installation of 3D theme/mural, installation of two layers of clear epoxy or polyurethane to build a transparent layer of epoxy coating over the 3D floor theme/mural, application of top protective sealer coat etc complete as per the instructions ofZoo Consultant and Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall include cost of conceptualisation/design, all specified materials, its transporation, loading-unloading, operations at all levels and heights, including miantence for 03 years from completion of work (including application of top sealer coat once in every 06 months), cost of centering & shuttering, duties, taxes and charges of all Government, Municipalor any other statutory body applicable from time to time and nothing shall be paid extra on anyaccount. Providing and laying Fire-resistance woolen carpet of approved make and color in theater hall consisting of 10 mm thickness, machine knitted and stuck to floor with approved adhesive etc.complete as per details and instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Laser cutting of 6 mm thick Acrylic sheet alongwith applying UV digital printing on the same. The design/ concept/theme of aquarium entrance should be submitted by contractor before commencement of work and approval of zoo consultant/ user department should be obtain for the same. The item should include but not limited to preparation of theme based graphics using softwares, printing of same on papers for mock-up, obtaining approval of zoo consultant/ user department, cutting the acrylic sheet as per approved design/theme/pattern with laser machine, applying UV digital print on the same and fixing the thematic design in laser cut acrylic sheet at desired location etc complete as per the instructions of Zoo Consultant and Engineer-In-Charge. The rate shall include cost of conceptualisation/design, laser cutting, UV digital printing, its transporation, loading-unloading, operations at all levels and heights,centering & shuttering, fixing assembly, supporting frame & fixtures, duties, taxes and charges of all Government, Municipal or any other statutory body applicable from time to time and nothing shall be paid extra on any account.

Designing, providing & fixing theme & conception based Architectural Feature work made up of GRC 25 to 30 mm thk (composite Mixture of white cement, alkali resistant fiber, silica sand, water with admixtures, pigmented cured with acrylic thermal plastic) arch /artistic pillars / window sill / keystone / cornice band / pediment / curved atrium ceiling/waterfalls & waterbodies/caves/trees/nestings / railings/ rockwork/ moutains/ enrichment devices etc in any pattern as per conceptual design approved by the zoo consultant and user department. Theme/Concept should be submitted by the contractor before commencement of GRC work. The work includes preparing the moulds for casting (or installation of supporting MS framework & mesh coated with PU paint), making the grc composite material, applying the material in moulds/cast-in situ, demoulding the cured GRC elements from moulds,grinding and finishing the demoulded GRC elements, fixing at site using ss screws, anchors viz a viz, finishing the groves and joints with GRC mixture, painting GRC work as per approved colour scheme in two coats, PU coating over entire GRC surface after painting etc complete as per the instructions of Zoo Consultant and Engineer-In-Charge. The area for payment of item will be measured as plain surface without considering any undulations. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials, its transporation, loading-unloading, erection at all heights and levels and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering, shuttering & scaffolding, duties, taxes and charges of all Government, Municipal or any other statutory body applicable from time to time and nothing shall be paid extra on any account.

Designing, Conceptualisation, engineering and construction of theme based Artificial rocky Reef with multicolor Coral made up of Calcium Carbonate (Calcite, Aragonite, Limestone etc.) / Ceramic / Polyurethane or any other material sustainable under aquatic condition. Theme/Concept should be submitted by the contractor before commencement of Rocky Reef work & to be got approved from Zoo Consultant/user department. The minimum thickness of the Rocky Reef should be 6mm in any pattern and shall be modified upto maximum of 50mm as per instructions of the zoo consultant based on conceptual design approved by user department. The work includes preparing the moulds for casting (or installation of supporting SS 316L or Higher grade framework & mesh coated with PU paint), making the Calcium Carbonate/Ceramic/Polyurethane composite material, applying the material in moulds/cast-in situ, demoulding the cured Calcium Carbonate/ Ceramic/Polyurethane elements from moulds, grinding and finishing the demoulded Calcium Carbonate/ Ceramic/Polyurethane elements, fixing at site using SS screws, anchors viz a viz, finishing the groves and joints with Calcium Carbonate/ Ceramic/Polyurethane mixture, painting Coral & reef work as per approved color scheme in two coats to get desired theme/effect. The color of Rocky Reef & Coral should be permanent and should not fade away under aquatic conditions and at the same time it should not affect the aquatic lifecycle. The area for payment of subject item will be measured as plain surface of Rocky Reef without considering any undulations & area of coral. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials, its transportation, loading-unloading, erection at all heights and levels and operations at all levels and heights, including the cost of centering, shuttering & scaffolding, duties, taxes and charges of all Government, Municipal or any other statutory body applicable from time to time and nothing shall be paid extra on any account. The samples of artificial rocky reef with multicolor coral are attached in tender document for ready reference.

Designing, providing & fixing theme & conception based colourfull corals, Architectural Feature work made up of Calcium Carbonet (Calcite, Aragonite, Limestone etc.) / Ceramic / Polyurethene etc. or any other approved composite material.The coral theme would be as per reference theme provided in the tender.

Steel Cupboard with Glassdoor of size 1980mm (H) (+/-25mm) X 900mm (W) (+/- 25mm) X 450 (D) (+/-25mm) :- The steel cupboard shall be of size 1980mm (H) (+/-25mm) X 900mm (W) (+/-25mm) X 450 (D) (+/-25mm) made in 20 SWG M.S CRCA sheet with 4 equal shelves. Ground clearance of 150mm shall be provided. Cupboard shall have 2 nos. of equal open able shutters with 5 mm thick clear glass fixed in a frame of 50mm width all-around of 18 SWG M.S. CRCA sheet. The doors shall be provided with six lever from inside having non interchangeable stainless steel keys in triplicate. Sides of shelves shall have double bent flanges on all four sides for better strength. Each shelves supported with four adjustable corner supports. Shelves shall be adjusted on rack strips fitted inside each cupboard. Metal handles of suitable design to be provided on both doors. STEEL LOCKER - 6 NOS.OF SIZE 1980 HIGH (+/-50MM) X 915 WIDE (+/-25MM) X 485 DEEP (+/-25MM) Overall size 1980 high (+/-50mm) X 915 wide (+/-25mm) X 485 deep (+/-25mm) with 6 nos. of lockers with ground clearance of 150mm. Each locker shall be fitted with steel sheet door with suitable hinges. Each locker door shall have provision for ventilation. The locker cupboard shall consist of 3 rows with each row containing 2 Nos. of lockers. All the lockers shall be provided with staple arrangement for locking, but without padlocks.
